Future & Fortune is a workforce management app for employers and their staff: attendance with photo and location verification, leave, payslips and shift rosters. Accounts are issued by your employer, so where you should go for help depends on what you need.

We reply within one working day, Monday to Saturday, 10:00–19:00 IST. Please include your employer's name and, if you can, a screenshot — it is usually the difference between one reply and four.
Ask your employer's HR administrator for
- Your login, or a password reset — there is no self-service reset, because your employer controls the account.
- A correction to attendance, worked hours or overtime.
- Leave balances, and the approval of a leave request.
- Payslips that have not been published yet.
- Turning on-shift location recording on or off for you.

- The app crashing, failing to sign in, or a screen that will not load.
- Check-in reporting you as off-site when you are standing at the site.
- A privacy question, or a request to delete your data.
- Anything your HR administrator has escalated to us.
Common questions
Why does the app ask for my location?
Check-in can be tied to your assigned work site, so the app measures how far away you are and records a check-in outside the permitted radius as off-site. Separately, and only if your employer switches it on, the app can record your route while you are checked in. That is disclosed in the app before anything is recorded, it stops the moment you check out, and you can decline and keep using the rest of the app.
Can my employer see where I am when I am not working?
No. Recording only runs between check-in and check-out. Nothing is collected before you check in, after you check out, on a day off, or while you are on leave.
I do not have an account. How do I get one?
Your employer's HR team creates it and gives you a temporary password. There is no public sign-up: the app is only useful inside a workspace that an employer runs.
How do I delete my data?
See the Delete your data page linked below. The fastest route is your employer's HR administrator, who can remove your record directly.
